The physical body is the instrument, the vehicle for our soul's journey that requires fine-tuning. This mentoring technique will encompass aspects of cleansing the physical, mental and emotional bodies. A massage table is used as you remain fully clothed during your session. A magnetic energy fosters a healing as it travels over the surface of your body. During the process the aura is cleaned as you experience a feeling of great relaxation and peace. Information can be revealed during this part of the process but your interaction is essential as we work together in releasing trapped stories and emotions in the physical and at the cellular level. Awareness and healing practices, shamanic tools, and energy psychology techniques will be individualized and woven throughout your private and confidential bodywork session.

A process similar to meditation will be incorporated; the difference is that we are doing the work of recapitulation and transformation. Cheryl holds the space and lends the energy sustaining the group to grow and process safely.
